So we have W-A-Y too much chili leftover at our house. You know when you have a massive amount of leftovers that you get to the point when you’ve almost finished it and you just can’t eat it anymore. Yup, that’s where we are with chili.
So while I didn’t mix it up as much as normal I did make baked potatoes with chili, cheese and sour cream. The addition of the potato changed it up just enough that it was fab- especially on this cold (why is it so freaking cold?) night.
