Morning Smoothie


In an effort to be a little healthier (and reduce fruit and veggie waste) I’ve started having morning smoothies.
This one is papaya, blueberry and cinnamon with Greek yogurt and a splash of milk.
I split the fruit to give it a double decker effect.

1/2 papaya

2 tbsp greek yogurt

1/8 tea cinnamon

8 blueberries

1 tbsp milk
